Mr. Whoopee

Where is the Mr. Whoopee ice cream van? I don't think I've seen it before.

It spawns during the side mission that starts when you jump on the faggio in Chinatown. You have to immediately shoot the head of the person driving the faggio to fail the misssion. Then you take off running around the block and hope that the Mr. Whoopee is still loaded so you can steal it.

There is a trick to it though, one I can't specifically remember. I think about only two out of ten times you start the mission does the Mr. Whoopee load in the only location which makes it possible for you to run to after you fail the mission. It also has to be traveling in the right direction. It took me about the same amount of time to figure out exactly what to do to get it. Sorry I couldn't remember every step, but it is possible.

I don't remember the doors being locked, which might be a difference between the PSP and PS2 version.(I only have the PS2 version)

The game itself never spawn in regular traffic or gameplay. It spawns on side mission which involving you and a driver shoot a car in near Chinatown. Spawns in Level 1.
