CJ or Fido (Claude)?

Ok, now to my knowledge, we have no confirmation that the game is to have the main character as Claude, CJ, or someone completely different.

Also, there has been no comfirmation if it's a straight conversion of GTA 111, with the same story and Voice acting. Or a completley new story with new Voice actors.

So I was wondering, what would you want?

Would you like to play as CJ in Liberty before he went back to Los Santos?
Play as Claude in a whole new storyline?
Or play as a new character?

Or, of course, do you just want GTA 111 on PSP?

I would like, most of all, to play as CJ before he went back to LS. I mean after these last 6 months of playing SA, I have grown more to CJ than any other of the characters.

So going back to Liberty as CJ would be ideal for me.

And its very possible too, IMO. I mean they could have recorded all the voice acting for the PSP while makin' San Andreas.

If not, then playing as Claude or a new character in a whole new storyline would be great, too.

But, I really don't want a conversion of the GTA 111 storyline. I know it will be better, and the graphics will be improved and there will most likely be more features than in GTA 111, it's just, we wont be getting GTA4 'till the Playstation 3 comes out. Which will most likely be 2007.
So this is most likely the only GTA we will see on a playstation machine for the next two and a half years, so I'd like it to be new and fresh.

But, don't get me wrong, GTA111 will still be great if that's what they go for. I trust R* so I don't know why I'm complaining. I guess I have high hopes

Anyway, what are your thoughts?

Well, 'apparently' CJ was forced outta town by his gang and family because of the death of Brian.

See, that's why I'd like to see CJ again. It could tie up some loose ends. Like: Who killed Brian? Why?

Maybe we would see a storyline about CJ going to New York to hunt down the killer.

Also, it would be great if they put in Joey from GTA111. I'd love to see some interaction from those two characters.

I wouldn't mind a new character but I think CJ should be in this game seeing as it is pretty similar to SA.

I want CJ in it because he was just so cool in San Andreas.I don't think Fido would be his partner because Catalina left CJ for Fido.Ceaser is more likely.

I wouldn't mind maybe playing as another character who has been featured in the series before. Playing as one of the other main characters wouldn't be so interesting as you know how they play and all their quips they make.

Maybe you could play as someone like 8 Ball and see how he created his bomb empire or maybe play as Joey Leone or any other character from the series.

Yea man 8 ball was my favorite dude. Even if GTA 3 was in 2001 8 ball or Fido and CJ could still be together. Remember the beginning of GTA 3 when they escaped from prison. No one know where they were before that. they both could've lived the before. I mean how else could 8 Balls bomb shop be built so fast. It had to be their before.

Sorry to get off topic, but I remember see 8 balls bomb shop in SA. Uou just couln't go in it. Can someone get me a picture?

Anyway, I'd also rather CJ was in the game because I felt he had much more personality than Claude. Maybe because Claude never talked. CJ seems more believeable, and Claude just seems kinda "ordinary".

I want Claude since CJ sounds retarded, I liked Claudes style and everything and CJ just won't ever stfu.
