I got this idea off the ssbm forum, but its a little different.
Create a character to play as that you CAN'T play as and describe how they're diff. from kirbys handling, IE lighter, can shoot lasers, ect....

Mario: can shoot fire balls, has 5 health, grows( for a short time like 10 seconds) when an enemy with a power is killed, a little slower than Kirby.

Megaman: shoots powerful beams, 6 health, only as fast as Kirby.

Bowser: can fire tackle, 7 health, 4 times bigger than Kirby and 3 times slower than Kirby.

Peach: uses he bitchy powers to scare the enemys, 1 health, fast as Kirby

Sonic w/ Tails: Sonic has the power of the wheel and Tails when he dies(Note: only Tails dies) Sonic will turns
Super Sonic untill he gets hit twice, Sonic has 7 health and Tails has 5 health, a little faster then Kirby.
Tails has 5 health, 2 times as fast as Kirby

Star Fox McCloud: shoots charged up laser shots from his blaster, 7 health, when enemy with power is hit the Arwing will shoot at 3-6 enemies, faster than Kirby by 3 times

Tony Hawk: Does Moves like 'the 900', 6 health, does ollies when he almost goes off the side, faster than Kirby by 3 times.

Aiai(From Super Monkey Ball): throws bananas at enemies, 5 health, when in air he glides, same speed as Kirby

Goku: does Kamehameha wave, 8 health, at half health he goes to Super Saiyain and at 1/4 health he goes Super Saiyain 3, regular state 1.5 times as fast as Kirby at SS 2 times faster than Kirby and at SS3 goes 4 times faster.

DK: 7 health when you tap him he will smack the ground and any enemies on that surface wil be destroyed

Mewtwo:6 health when you tap him he fires a shadow ball

hold:transform(transforms you into a ball version of the closest character)
speed: same as kirby's until transformed
