	It took me about three times to finally blow up his boat. The key is finding a good spot and using a powerful weapon. When you're at the end part where he's on the boat, go onto the docks, and then go on the separate dock on the right side closest to his boat and lock on to his boat and simply fire away and make sure if you keep hitting him as he goes around and the boat should blow up. I used the M4.

	The guy that you kill on the end of the dock has a Sniper Rifle. If you pick this up, it only takes one or two shots to destroy the speedboat. You should find it on his body as you approach the his speedboat to start the cutscene of him trying to escape. Just zoom in, wait for him to cross in front, and bam. No more Madsen. Much easier than spraying lead in the general direction, and having Madsen escape as you try to reload. ------------------- Profile retired as of 7/28/2012.

Ill take my 1-2 shots and guarantee that Ill get him and not have to do the entire sequence over again. If you want to iceskate uphill, be my guest. I just found this easier, there's less to think about and less to control. This has 100% guarantee of success and is bleedingly simple. Theres no praying involved with the use of the rifle. Nail the boat (Which takes up the entire goddamned scope of the rifle and is near impossible to miss) and the mission is over. But like I said, if you want to iceskate uphill, have at it. It doesnt really bother me one way or the other. Im presenting another option for players of the game who might want to get through it a bit faster. What you do is really of no consequence to me. If you have some issue with me replying, and countering your points, I would be more than happy to settle it with you privately. The public board is not the place for you talk trash hoping to incite a flaming contest. You shoot me a private message outlining your problem, and Ill be happy to discuss it there.
