I think I am at 3.11 (not sure) since the cheat doesn't mention the lady that gives the sword. Can someone let me know if it is 3.11 also even though I move the lever to the right and follow the cheats, the switch at the end of the hallway doesn't open the door, have I missed any step ?

Hit the switch at the end of the hallway and go through the next door

Go to the walk through, and hit control+F on your keyboard. At the bottom right is a box to type in. Type The Key and the Lock...3.08 Then hit the green arrows down till you are at that part of the walk through. The paragraph above it is where you get your new sword. You should be able to fallow the walk through from there. If you still have problems figure out exactly where you are, and I will try to help you from there."
