A few more ideas have occured to me.

Teleportation to Entrana- This is one of the few places that could use a Teleport spell. This would be useful for getting buckets of sand and seeweed at a faster pace, not to mention crafting Law Runes.

The Downside: Glass could be easily made and sold in mass amounts. Law Runes would go down in price too (this is also a good thing for Mages, but it's a bad thing for Runecrafters, except for the fast xp they could get by teleporting to Entrana, crafting 25 Law Runes, teleporting back to another city, and repeating the process).

Crystal Halberd- This is mentioned by Islwyn when you recharge your Crystal Bow/Shield, and it will probably be released by Jagex eventually. The Crystal Halberd will probably require 70 Attack and 50 Agility, but will become the strongest weapon in the game charged at 10/10.

The Downside- The Crystal Halberd Special (which has two swipes, doing double the amount of max damage) would become a dominant factor in duels and against the Tz Tok Jad.

Recharge Spell- It would be nice to have a spell to recharge items such as Glory Amulets. This would really help for people who couldn't do Heroes Quest, but they had Glory Amulets anyways.

The Downside- Runecrafting and Running Laws would become slightly easier and faster.

On any kind of Dragonhide, you can find a quiver-like holder on the left leg of the Dragonhide legs.

Edit: And how do we know it will be White? For all we know, it could be Purple, Orange, or Yellow as well.

I have a great idea, and that is to make a beer/potion for every stat.

Attack- Attack Potions, Super Attack Potions

Strength- Strength Potion, Super Strength Potion, Dragon Battleaxe, multiple alcoholic beverages

Defense- Defense Potions, Super Defense Potions

Hit Points- Saradomin Brew

Prayer- Prayer Potions

Magic- Magic Potions

Ranged- Range Potions

Agility- Agility Potions

Herblore- Greenman's Ale

Thieving- None

Runecrafting- None

Crafting- None

Fletching- None

Mining- Dwarven Stout

Smithing- Dwarven Stout

Fishing- Fishing Potions

Cooking- Cooking Gauntlets (Obtained from Family Crest Quest)

Firemaking- None

Woodcutting- Axeman's Folly

Slayer- Slayer's Respite

Farming- Cider

Construction- Tea from the Kettle obtained in your house.

The conclusion of this is, there are a few skills that don't have Beers/Potions to increase the stat temporarily. This would be somewhat helpful, because quests and items could be completed at a lower level than required. It would be nice to see some of these beers/potion created in the future.
