	I kind of agree with Choice,but i see what Kjg is getting at with this rule.Its not easy for lower levels to get to insane levels quickly.They might be proud of something,say,40 mining for example,and no-one else would care.Any you sayign you would ban someone for posting that? A bit OTT.But i see what you mean,its not very constructive with one post saying "y4y 71 randg3",then the next saying "l0lz 72 rangd".But ive no right in what happens here,so whatever makes this place better i suppose.

But not allowing people to posts achievment skills just because they arn't as high as some of the other people of neo isn't fair. 	Not much in this thread that is interesting, the bank pics are always nice to look through though, This thread needs some more interesting pictures to look at, level achivements are ok if they are major i guess, but there isn't much to post is there? And i think the Achievement rule thing is an ok idea but i don't think it should be level 50+, can't post much prayer achievements then
