39 Farming for orange trees, and at the moment oranges are about 700-800 each. It isn't tremendous profit, but compared to other fruit trees and their payment cost, it's relatively cheap and the farming experience isn't too bad. If you need cost analysis, just add up the cost of three baskets of strawberries, as that's essentially the part that costs.

For farming, some of the herbs aren't completely terrible exp and are decent profit, and its strongly recommended to have at least the Magic secateurs for extra harvested herbs and supercompost to help make them live longer and for some extra herbs. At 32 you can start farming Ranarr which is decent enough profit. Anything lower isn't really worth farming.
