	Log in to remove this advertisement I haven't played in at least a year or two, and that was a few seconds of logging on to instantly get bored again. I logged on today per my friend's request and i find that all of my stats (that many were nearing the highest level) were all reset to level 10. I've never used any modding because my computers always removed them as some threat and I gave up. what is this bullshit?

	I've never botted though. Anytime I would even attempt to download it, Norton Antivirus auto-deleted it.

	If you're using Norton, then you have a virus. Chances are you have a keylogger. Someone most likely logged onto your account and advertised that you were a bot, hence why your stats were reset. Get a new antivirus, scan your computer, and train your stats back to where they were. Btw, Norton does not auto delete stuff without your permission.

Best Buy just did an analysis for free (since I'm under warranty) and checked for viruses and keyloggers since I'm going away to college and I don't have anything. I just got this laptop a few months ago too. anyway, what am I supposed to do? I emailed Jagex's parent email or whatever 2 days ago and haven't heard back.

Fyi, Norton is one of the worst firewalls out there. Whether it's a virus or a JaGex error, the fact is your account was reset under suspicion of macroing and the truth is there is nothing you can do about it. JaGex doesn't care about the truth. If I were you, I would make a new account and transfer the wealth. Goodluck with your scaping, sir.

	Yeah, I know it's the worst, but its free lol I had Trend Micro when I first got my old laptop 4 or 5 years ago, that was nice. And yeah, Jagex just loves to drop the ball on the whole "truth" thing. It's been years since I've actually "played it" to play it, it's not that big of a deal but I'm still pissed that I lost all that work (except my Mining level which is still 80 or so 0.o). Oh well...shit happens
