Account recovery page won't work

I played this game a year or two ago and decided I would try to recover my account, but whenever I go to the account recovery page it will tell me:

But under this there will be a blank square with a small X in the upper left-hand corner of it. I can't enter any information unless I find a way to get this fixed. I have tried refreshing the page over and over but I am getting no where. What do you think the problem is?

Sounds like you either didn't give Java permission to run, or you don't have it installed.

That may do the trick. Also, depending on your browser, it may prompt you with a popup of some sort to give Java permission to run on these pages. Make sure you allow it to.

Hmm... Perhaps just try a different internet browser then, and be sure to download Java for it as well.

If that fixed it I'd check your add-ons on the original browser so you don't have that problem again.

There are different browser programs such as Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Safari. Switching to another one will sometimes allow applications to work while it doesn't on others.

ok the same problem is happening to me , first i could just refresh the page then it will work. but now its doing the same thing an no matter what i do it wont work. i tried resarting computer , an trying to loa dit on a diffrent iternet browser but it still wont work. any suggestions ? =/
