I've been in it for 24 hours. Yeah say I have no life whatever, I don't care.
There have been numerous disputes, all which could of been avoided if someone shutup.

First one, Jeterocks flaming another member saying nobody cares about how much exp he had left to level up. Nobody else said anything, and Jeter then continued it on with the aid of Pure Stalk, until finally a general told them to shutup.

Second, Pure Stalk was kicked for flaming someone I believe, he then jumped onto two different accounts and started spamming the cc. Only got the kicks as punishment. Why is he allowed in the clan chat when all his accounts on neo are permed and his black listed? If your going to make the CC Neo only, then surely you can enforce the bans on neo.

Third, G M Kenny or w/e started flaming Peni for asking questions. Peni could of looked up a fan-site as suggested by G M, after being rude. Isn't this what is killing the forums?

Fourth, xx Kaze xx, he has harassed people numerous times on numerous dates. All the generals do except for Noni, is just warn him all the time. All Pure Stalk does is just troll with Kaze and they both insult people and get nothing done to them. Cheat was going to kick Kaze for not having a neoseeker acc, but Kaze ended up having one, and stayed in the chat. Even after harrasing people.

I try to answer as many questions as I can if it's within my knowledge, and if it's not I usually look it up for people. Nearly all my questions are totally ignored. I don't ask dumb questions either, and if I do get a question answered it's usually a trolled answer, and I finally get a proper answer elsewhere.

Too many biased decisions made from the generals. Arguing on the CC is always one sided, because the one that everyone likes will win via flaming and trolling. It's come to the point where even trying in Neo Chat has become near impossible. Strip all Generals, and think carefully about who you promote.

I'll give you a debrief of my opinion of the generals:

Mr Ownage Jr : I'll start with you. I think your biased, favoring your friends and you don't care about anyone else. Unseen says you watch the CC closely, but it isn't evident in the above cases.

Cheat Skill : As with most of the generals your biased too. You don't carry out punishment. You warn people, warn again, and warn another time.

Tooth Fairy : I don't know much about you, but from what I hear it's not good.

Nonias : I'm going to give a completely unbiased opinion here, since everyone knows he is the only general I know. Carries out punishments, isn't that active on the game but is always in the clan chat, I tell him when shit's down and he comes and sorts it.(When other generals are in the cc too).

K_Bull : I know that you're not active, but you did try to hush down the CC, kudos for trying ACY3.

Ultralisk : I have no idea why you're a general. There is always another general on when you are, and you just sit back and cruise.

Jesse<numbers> : From hearsay your not that good of a general. I don't actually really know you, you're not that active.

Why are more then 50% of the generals inactive in the cc?

If you have something to say about my post, instead of pointing out the flaws, how about you help me out and try and make them work or at least provide a logical response that just isn't flame? Just a thought. But like I said, I am a troll for suggesting it.

More suggestions.
Complete remodel of generals. Strip everyone of their general role.

Nonias - Needs to play RS more

New Recruits:
BuddyTheElf, his really helpful. Never trolls, never flames, the perfect(or near) candidate for a General.

Well I can't say recruits. Nobody else that I've witnessed has shown decent potential to uphold the rules. Empty Entity is a nice choice too from what I've seen, but I cannot suggest him as I haven't seen enough (x.
