  • If they haven't caught the gist yet, I doubt they will, unless it's talking about newly promoted generals.
• Fix Clan Chat (see 'Further discussion required')

Further discussion required:

• Clan Chat generals updated (remove unfit, promote new)
• Clan Chat rules re-written (Strict or open-ended rules)
  • Strict rules would benefit more imo
• Organise / consult on further events (socials etc.)
  • "Best player"(similar to the Man of the Match awards in soccer etc), awards for people who attend events regularly, or attend events and do something great in the event, or survive the longest etc, all based upon the event.

Other:

• Characters forum clearout
  • Needed. Some threads are just full of spam, and others are 30+ pages.
• Characters forum index updated / removed
  • Imo, removed would be easier to do, I doubt anyone uses it.
• Characters forum header replaced
• Forum rules re-write
  • I don't think they need re-writing, just enforcing
• Review of general threads + first post content
  • You've already done this haven't you?
• Combine HS and CL, add new tools
• Update HS/CL member database (remove old, add new + changed)
• Create event reminder system, with updating forum header content
  • "Next event: <Event Name> at <Event Time>"
  • "Current event: <Event Name>"
    • You can do JavaScript right? Then a scrolling bar showing the latest level 99+ skills leveled would facade a more active forum then what people believe, because not everyone posts.
    • Making the event JavaScript, scrolling through 2 nearest events would be nice too, if you can't use JavaScript then don't worry
• Review 'handbook' idea

Posting this up so everyone can see what's going on, or at least what's buzzing around inside my head. Note that tasks may not always be completed in order of importance; finding a new mod will take some time while some of the other tasks are much easier and may be completed first.

I'm sure some tasks have escaped me as I made this list, so I'll add them when they come back.
