I've had exams then holiday, and gotta make some time for play. I'll be working again soonish.

Ys, any help would be useful, if you cant do the formatting PM me and i'll do it for you, or check some wiki editing guides, how i learnt most the stuff i know.

Hey guys, how's it going?

My question isn't about content since I'm not the best for that (in this particular wiki); my question is about the main page. What I'm asking is if you would consider allowing me to "upgrade" the main page somewhat. What I'm gonna do is add some features (spotlight page, etc), add some colour and organise it. Allowing me to do so will also allow better organisation within the code since there is, in reality, less coding to understand.

If you'd like an example, take a look at my most recent blog; all the main pages I've touched on have been listed there. Basically my question is if you would like to consider being on that list.

Take your time to decide; if you don't want to, that's fine with me. I really think you should consider it though; I haven't failed to impress yet.

Sure, go for it. The other pages you've done look pretty good, so we're happy to have you work on the RS main page.

That page looks pretty good, a definite improvement over the current page. The colour scheme fits well (except the blue/purple at the bottom) and I can't see anything that looks out of place. Nice work.

There are only four RuneScape articles on GameGrep at the moment, and they don't appear often enough to require a feed on the Wiki page in my opinion. However, official news usually has several entries every week, which I think is more worthwhile. As I said, I need to set it up again on a new domain, but then it should be up for good.

That's certainly a valid idea. However, given how much work is being done on the Wiki at the moment (i.e. next to none) I don't think spreading out to FunOrb or MechScape WikiGuides would help. It's an idea for the future though.

Currently the project has once again ground to a halt unfortunately. FFX said above that he's on holiday, I haven't seen Sleeping around lately (at least to do with the Wiki) and I'm concentrating on other tasks, meaning no staff members are actively looking at the Wiki. That, combined with a lack of contributors in general, means virtually nothing is happening.

The problem with your contributors is that there are none. I've spoken to a few people on the clan chat about the wiki and they practically crumbled and called it useless. Their excuse being that there are other sources of information out there and that we'd never beat those. I think you guys need to shed a little bit of light on the concept because I was unable to.

As for the main page design, I'm considering changing that blue-ish colour aswell; I used that one to match the old logo. I'm thinking about changing it, and I know the way to do it.

I've been thinking of a way I can make the process easier rather than going through all templates and changing them manually. I've yet to test it, but I've come up with a solution, so I'm going to try and test it tomorrow. In the meantime, please think about what colour you'd like to replace it.

Also, reason for my edit last time was because the people in the aforementioned clan chat called me an idiot for contributing to wikis in the first place.
