Let me fix some things up for you.

You do not unlock Megaman X7. You unlock Megaman Battle & Chase, a racing game with weapons. It is unlocked once you complete the first three X games.

Megaman X7 and Megaman X8 did not make it onto Megaman X Collection (only X1 and X6).

As what Mega Freak said, by completing the first 3 Megaman X games you will unlock a game called Megaman: Battle and Chase (A Megaman themed racing game). This Racing game has unlockables on its own. You can unlock Dr. Wily by defeating him the first time through. Plus, you can cusomize your vehical by defeating your opponents.

It's just really too bad that X7 and X8 weren't put in there. I mean, X7 wasn't as good as the others, but was still pretty good, and X8 rocked!

ya its a bummer but im gonna go into the videogme buisness and i might convince capcom to make one with x7 and x8 and command misson
