this is making my really pissed off. i can beat the first part without damage(when hes a zombie) but the second part is so damn hard i need a strategy plz.

If you use the Ultimate suit, you can use the nova strike. If not, use either ground dash(X) or Circle water slash(Zero) However, you can only damage sigma when his mouth is open. Just wait until his mouth opens to damage him. Of course, full sub tanks are in order in this fight against sigma.

thx but i knew all that i have my gamecube on at this moment lol at sigma. i have the blade armor equiped and i need a strategy.i got both sub tanks. i just need a strategy

It would be easier if you lost no health during the first fight. By equipping the U. Buster part and using Metal Anchor, you will most likely kill Sigma's first form without loosing health, making his second easier.

no offense gate you have helped me b4 when ive posted but i already mentioned when i started this thread i can beat the first part with full health lol

If you want to beat his second form, have the Ultimate Buster equipped first, and the Shadow Armor. Then, once you get to the second form, use the Giga Attack, then the Shadow Saber to kill him. Easy as pie!

im at him right now with blade armor if i get a game over and go to stage selection and go back to that stage with the shadow armor how far back will i be because i cant get past that part with that huge jump (its also in that meusuem stage). and i dont think i have the ultimate buster(wut reploid do u save to get it?)

i just want a strategy to beat his second form with the blade armor. i can get him down to half health with like 90% health and 2 sub tanks full(almost 3 bars). but those black balls he throws are very tough to avoid. when he shoots them by themselves its not that hard but when those green skulls are out and he shoots them its hard to avoid and then shooting a rock into his mouth makes it harder.

You really actually don't need the Ultimate Buster, but I had it.

There really is no way to avoid them. I never have. I suggest not using his weakness and constantly hit his open mouth with the sabre.

And... I don't recall an impossible jump in the Sigma Stage.

Darn it, you made it to this forum before I did. That's what I was about to say. as for the jump, I say OBVIOUSLY THERE IS NO IMPOSSIBLE JUMP.

The easiest way I can think of to destroy the first form of sigma is to hit him with a charged fire weapon. Get underneath the zombie sigma and it it takes about two charged shots. Next, when you fight the second from try and use this strategy. I have beaten every single game for all the systems that have to do with megaman with this strategy. First, go into the battle with whom ever you are trying to beat and don't worry about winning. Rather, go into the battle and try not inflicting any damage to your opponent and learn the patterns that the boss attacks you with. It may look like the boss has a neverending chain of attacks but in all honesty they dont. They just repeat the same pattern whether it is complex or simple over and over again. If you can successfully evade all of the boss's attacks, then soon enuf you will learn the boss's pattern of attack and evasion techniques. You might lose a life or two but it is okay. Once you have learned the pattern, you can start using different weapons to see which one works the best.
I am able to play any mega man game and go through the whole game, whichever one it is and not take any damage at all using my strategy. Of course new games that you play, you will lose some life throgh the trial and error procedure but that is what practice is for right?[b][/b]You can do it!

Actually I would say the easiest way to defeat Sigma is to use the Shadow Armor with it's charged attack

When you hit the head directly with it it takes away a massive ammount of health.

id say use the shadow armor giga attack
