Introductions Here

Hello and welcome all, I am a big fan of the previous Phantasy Star games especially 1 and 2 and PSO. I will be looking forward to this game's release on the PS2 rather then the PC but I will still be here posting new onfo and such. See you around.

Looks pretty decent so far, much more interesting than PSO Blue Burst. If they make it as good as the first one I'll be all over it.

re: Introductions Here

Read the article in EGM and now I'm interested. I've never really sat down and played a PSO game but from what I've seen and read this one looks interesting.

I'm a huge fan of pso on the dreamcast and on the gamecube and I can't wait for phantasy star universe. The graphics are much improved over the gamecube version and there is class based dual wielding.

re: Introductions Here

Hi, I'm VagrantX.

PSU sounds cool, no doubt about it.

However, is the game going to be centered around the main protagonists? Or will it have a PSO feature of 'make your own character'. I hope so, because that feature was one of PSO's best qualities, in my opinion.

re: Introductions Here

I've played episodes 1-3 for countless hours at this point, and can't wait for PSU. The combat looks great, and I am very excited at the prospect of moving quickly with the hover-vehicle thingy I saw. The customization is going to be great, and hopefully we'll be seeing a lot of new weapons. The idea of computer NPC's coming with you on a regular basis is exciting-single player will be a lot easier while you are hunting for a rare. I'd like to see some applications of first person perspective as well. If they keep the double equip feature...

re: Introductions Here

I would recommend the pc version because when I saw this game at E3 it looked better on the pc.

Wouldn't miss it for the world. I'll be there from day one. It will be interesting to see any familiar faces, as well as making new acquaintances.

Ciao for now '-'

Well I'm LC, I played PSO on the GCN and still play it occasionally, can't wait for this game, hopefully I can start this game from the beginning, unlike PSO.

I'm here now.

Looking to buy this game and the original Homeworld for my computer. Those should tide me over quite nicely.

re: Introductions Here

Awesome, glad we are all here. XD

I might try playing some Guild Wars to tide me over til release, I dunno. Right now i'm playing that Star Wars: Empire at War game.

I would play more Blue Burst, but... it's getting kinda old after playing a rehashed version of the same game for so long... especially when you know a new one is coming out soon. @_@

re: Introductions Here

Lord Sion here. I've always enjoyed PSO for GameCube. I won't be playing online with PSU until I get braodband, but I'm hoping to play the single-player mode to hold me over until I get my broadband (which is probably when my girlfriend moves in).
