in character mode i used Edward and i beated the game and it said that i unlocked winry and the gate of life as the book thingy when you touch the touch pad and when i see it the two books are blank. whats up!?

Well you unlock winry and gate of life as a menu charecter like when you get on the game you see ed to select the mode you wanna play you can choose winry or the gate as that but the blank book problem i have no clue i was just about to make a thread about that...=) need help with that also

To get the 2 blank books;
1=go on character mode as either Ed or Mustang
2=Play the game till you get to laboratory 5
3= Look for the blade trap that DOESNT WORK
4=walk up to it and press the top of the touch screen-if done correctly the trap will open to show a hidden door
5=go in and pick up the shiny object on the floor

If you do this as ed you get one book and Mustang gets the other- i cant remember who the 2nd one is but playing as mustang gets you kimblees^_^

Not Ed and Roy!

Play in character mode as Roy until You get to the falling Blades in Lab 5. You'll notice that the second blade you see is broken. Go up to it. A transmutation circle with flash above you and you can go in. Inside is Kimblys book which allows you to add a small explosion to all your punches and such killing a larger area of people. The second Blank Book is the fake Philophers Stone that Dr. Marco had. Basically Just Do everything you did As Roy as AL this time and you'll get the final Blank Book.
