what have you got against gamecube and nintendo other than its got some of the best games for over 20 years,

i watched the video for this game on www.gamespot.com and i thought it looked pretty damn cool, except it looks VERY similar to God Of War on the PS2. I also think that this game could be a big success if it focusses more on the mass warfare fighting with all your allies, than the individual story mode style of game, like prince of persia. What i really want is a war game like dynasty warriors but with more freedom and more enemies. I want soldiers on my team that get stuck in, Call Of Duty style. Sparta has the potential to be a great game but it depends how the gameplay has been balenced between individual adventure and mass warfare. It could just end up turning out like any old platform/adventure/fighter.
This game isnt released in the UK till the 7th of October, so could someone who already has it let me know what its like? Cheers lads

The characters weapons along with their armor is almost identical to that of Gladius which was an insane game. As far as gameplay its got to be good for Sega created it and i dont recall sega ever making a disapointing game.

you know what would have made the game better, if you could control your allies and tell them where to go and what to do etc. ign said that you couldn't in it's preview

it would be sick if it was an almost battalion wars setup, cuz that would be awesome
being able to control individual units, but then that would take away the purpose of saving your own but and upgrading and basically the main point of the game, in battalion wars it doesn't matter if you die because you turn into ur allies

i completed it (on easy obviously, its hard!) and it's brilliant. it came out on october 7th where i live... my BIRTHDAY

Hey Sega published the game, not made it. It was created by us brits, heh, big up us woohoo. Anyway Creative Assembly made it, so nerr to all those 'Big up America' army games, which are crap in my opinion
