What? No threads? Well now's the perfect time to make one I guess as a DS remake for this game has just been announced (along with IV and VI).

So ya, let's talk DQV. I think it's great... I love how you start out as a 6 year old on a ship, gain your feet and grow up to save the world. I think the Monster recruiting feature was really cool (this is where my fave spin-off series DQ Monsters was born after all!) and how you're never allowed to forget about the main character's earlier life stages, such as old characters/locations physically changing, Borongo...

What does every else make of the game? Or perhap's someone who hasn't played has a question (because judging by this forum, I'm guessing not many people have played it)?
