This game has now turned pretty old now but that does not mean I dont play, it cause I still do but his game can be so boring sometimes so I play AOE2, but come on this game is as good as you lot say it is.I mean when I bought this game a long time ago.All my friends started buying it and wanted to borrow it but now no-one cares is that because there are other games that are better well I dont care I love AOE!What about you do ya disagree or agree?

I like playing the game and still do, many find graphics to be so important that they play the newer games more, the gameplay is simple but the options in the game are few compared to the newer versions, but the missions and all are still fun to play

Yeah same here.

I have a few of the games I think they are classics I have completed story mode at least twice but I never get bored I like too use different tacticts to conquer the enemy I would say these games are the best series of games on the computer.

Personally, I'm finding a lot of the older games to hold some charms about them which make them a lot more fun then the newer ones. Age of Empires, Empire Earth, Baldur's Gate II, The Bard's Tale, all pretty old games still having fanbases which play them a fair bit.

No, unfortunately. I planned on picking it up at one point, but then I found out the wonders of Empire Earth and getting any expansions for my old AOE game took a backseat. =/

you should play Zeus if you like antic Greece and their gods.Game is pretty old but graphic is not so bad at all.You can play with different cities like Sparta ,Atina...

I think this game is the best of it's series, really. It was the first game my friends introduced to me that I played behind the backs of my teachers.
