How is the first ninja gaiden different than black and sigma. Its just the same, without the add ons that black and sigma have. what are you talking about?

The AI is different in all 3 games. In NG you can do more moves on the enemies without them blocking or grabbing you alot. In black the AI blocks and grabs way to much and in sigma the AI does alot of team work. Then there there are times in black&sigma when you start a new game the AI is way more aggressive then it should be which makes me wonder if there is a hidden hyper mode for the AI.

NG to me is just more relaxing because it felt more like a video game instead of a training simulator like black.

The team-work AI thing can get really annoying because sometimes one cpu will throw you and as you're getting up another CPU may throw you while you're in your animation. Lol I hope what I wrote isn't confusing

Yeah, NG is a easier and has easier enemies. But once you know how to fight the new enemies in NGB(which doesn't really take that much practise), the game isn't too hard to be relaxing. If you're scared of NGB being too hard, go for ninja dog mode and you'll have a sweet kunoichi to pamper you and hold your hand while you play.

I know i wouldn't trade back my NGB for the original unless you held me at gunpoint.

Oops... i was distracted while i wrote that. I fixed it now.

Well, what I've notice in both black and sigma is something like an hidden aggressive mode the kicks in after you replay it a few times. You could beat normal mode 6 times perfectly then like on the seventh time the AI just feels so extra aggressive and very perfect at attacking me during certain combos.


I've beat all 3 Ng games and this is only my personal opinion.

If your kicking ass on normal than the AI should become much harder to defeat.

(Referring to the difficulty question). Anyways, to the original question, do not have animosity towards Ninja Gaiden Black because of difficulty, Ninja Gaiden Black is a great game, if anything at all, hate it for the camera angles=).
