What's your highest ranked robot?

Mines a lvl A..can't seem to make it go higher -_-"


Anyone got any tips on how to raise his speed? Without him getting a tank or a flying part?

A Rank S is virtually impossible to acheive, because in order to gain a lower attribute, you must lower another one, meaning it's almost impossible to have great defense and great speed without having some flaws to offense power.

True...I spent quite some time trying to achieve this.

My best rank was also an A, but the one I performed best with was a C. So it depends on what your style is.

true..my strongest is a C....but my best is an A ,but weak attack.

I've got an s ranked that does very good for me, very well rounded. It does have the biggest punch, but it does get the job done. Except for urban battles, but I think that's mostly because of inproper AI settings... you can find the specs on it under the "your team V1" forum...

I honestly still think S is virtually impossible to make truly, because there are just three S ranked stats and your there automatically unless you have a D in something, I can make an S if that is the matter, but either way this seems fine enough lol.

after a long time of playing around with the specs I eventually did make a S ranked mech. all you need is S ranking in 5 out of 6 stats and you will receive a over all ranking of S. Its not pretty nor its it very practical and even the A.I. doesnt find it useful. I erased the file but will try to post the specs once I remember them.

I still say that it's virtually impossible to make an S battle combat AC. The rank is it's overall abilities, but if it doesn't live up to it's expectations then I don't say it needs to be an S rank.

Some originality is good, I had a pretty cool idea in SL, I used a Napalm Howitzer and a Bazooka, as well as a few cluster missles with an extension. The legs I was using was overweighted by about, 30 pounds, so the extra weight didn't really effect him at all. The absic strategy was to overheat, naturally, but it was done so in a way that even the best player wouldn't have expected it so soon.

However, it is good to have high ranks on VS ECM and DEFENCE everything else doesn't actually matter, because it is ranked against the best possible, not how good it works for your AC. I do have a AC that is ranked with 4S and 2A it is in "your team V1" but it really is a peice of S***.

You'de be far better off using one of my other designs, like the ones at the tops of page 3 and 4.
