Yeah I just don't see them making it unlimited (almost nobody really does that) and perhaps it will probably be based a lot like Age of Mythology. I actually like AoM a lot but some people here didn't but I though it was really solid. There were a few problems I had but not a whole lot.

what didn't you like abut AoM? I've heard it was a really good game.

Well, mine had errors on it. Even to this day if I play it all the voices are in another language (French I believe) yet the cut scenes are in English. Kinda frustrating but you deal with it.

Also the lack of customizing options but I guess I am so used to playing Warcrafts customizing options that it dwarfs AoM's and a lot of others. I have yet to pick up the expansion also which I want but forget to pick up. It's a good game just the little things here and there. I do lots of game reviews so I am pretty critical with games lol.

Aom was great including the Expansion. although for me the campaigns were the best part (i wish they put in more )

Yeah they were kinda short. I also would of liked more seige defense campaigne missions as well. They had the first one and not many good ones after that. I love having a good defense match holding off a large force. I often make maps that gives myself a huge defense and see how many enemies I can hold off.

I'm not really into the campaign side of Age Of Empires, I never really enjoyed them that much, I get AOE games for the random map games and all that.

I've been playing more Warcraft III and I realized how frustrating RTS games can be. But everyone else usually agrees when I say that Warcraft may be one of the most difficult games if your not an avid and experienced player.

I love RTSs, I hate how they are not that popular compared to most games, I'm sure AoE3 will put them back up on the board though.

And the only game with unlimited population is C&C.

I think Warcraft is tough online more then the game itself. Online competition has gotten way tougher.

Ah I haven't played C&C so I am unfamilar if the unlimited pop works out good or not.

Command and Conquer is awesome, but then again, you need the unlimited population as it is almost required that you have a large force to take on your opposing forces. Otherwise it wouldn't be much fun. But it a military based game, so it's almost expected.

It has always caught my interest I have just not been in the position to buy it. Either I am busy with another game or money is a problem. I will try to pick it up in the future.

Well, I'm not too sure about the newer releases. I used to play the original C&C, aswell as Red Alert, the old school ones. Now I play mainly RPGs though. I'm waiting to get Champions: Return to Arms, which looks great.

I had, like all them them for quite a while, but then I traded them in, now all I have is Red Alert 2 and it's expansion and generals (which doesnt work on my computer...). I always loved them, when I first playted them it was SO fun, it was my first RTS I played. It's a great series but it's a totaly different type of RTS, AoE takes a lot more strategy than C&C, it's still a cool game though (the coolness outweighs the goodness however, if you know what I mean).

Yeah, I loved the Command and Conquer games. They are what brought me on too RTS games. Infact, Command and Conquer was the second game I played for the computer, the first being Diablo. I began playing them both around the age of five. My dad bought Diablo right when it was released and I was five at the time, and being attracted to it, I started to play. Before that, all I had ever played was Donkey Kong 1 and 2, aswell as one or two Mario games, all for my Super Nintendo. Then I tried some other RTS games after C&C, and I was dissapointed. For me, RTS games are different for me then most. Say RPGs. If it is considered a quality RPG, chances are I'll love it, but when it comes to RTS games I'm rather picky. Actually, I'm picky with all my games, even with RPGs at time.
