I think you should list level requirements for each item, as well as where/how to obtain it (As you have already done for some items).

You should format it so it's better to look at. At the moment it takes a bit of effort to decipher it and take it all in. As well as bold, underline etc, perhaps you can use bulletpoints with:
Pretty good, I agree with most of it. However IMHO Heal Wounds should be in the spells section in place of Invisible Blast/Vortex. Put in Dracomancer Armor/Knight Armor for their wind spells.
Gatekeeper is not necessary because all the ubers are better than it in some way so there'd be no real reason to use it.
The best pets vary depending on INT, so if you had time to put in the best pets at 0, 100 and 200 CHA that'd be cool.
Finally, it is vital that you make separate listings for Hybrids/Warriors/Mages. Not just weapons but armours, shields and spells too; Mages will want defensive armours and shields and warriors will want spells which provide utility like Heal Wounds and Scale Rot.

Poise tends to be one of the last Ubers people pick up, and the majority of them are post 90th when they do so (just thinking it's a good post-90th interim weapon).
I know it's just getting started. You can leave these possibilities around until you are ready to implement them (if you are going to implement them).

Hmm... Ultimate Trench Axe is a good weapon, but can it match the mighty Pirate-favoreed weapon, the Cutlass?
Anyway, everything I've put in there I did so for a reason.
'Specially the Energy Katanas, the ONLY Non-Special Weapons there, 'cause you have to think, if you run into the TerrorZard, you're screwed, so you need a little non-special weapon to make sure you can bust out the Great Dragon.
And the only reason I didn't put the Dracomancer Armor in before was because I didn't know what to take out. lol

I agree about the Katanas
Ultimate Trench Axe
Dread Pirate Cutlass
The Ultimate Trench Axe does more damage, with a better to-hit, seeks out the weakness of water-based creatures, and does extra damage against Sea Fiends. The Specials of the two weapons are probably on a par... One is a two-hit special, the other is a three-hit with lower damage.
You could complicate things more with more on custom weapons, but that is probably something for the future if you do.

Coggie, if you get Ideas, just PM them to me or post 'em in this thread. 
and Ling Tong, Coggie's got it right for the most part.
I'm coming up with a list of Items to get for each stage of a character's progress to also save money, that was when you're trying to save up for the Nemesis Set or whatever, when you see a new Item and you really want it, you can get it if it's better than the Items in this list, and then you can Upgrade your Items when you have enough money to sell that Item and buy it's superior.

I do have a question regarding the Orbs. Why those particular ones? I got the light and dark ones, but wasn't sure after that. I decided to get the wind orb, as some of the toughest creatures at my level are earth creatures, then picked the electrical orb on a whim.
