...And what's with them only letting you use smoke grenades or your grapple at certian moments? Even freakin' wall hugging! Why in the Hell am I not allowed to press up against the wall any time I like?

My thoughts exactly.

This game is a good way to burn a few hours and have some fun from beginning to end, but its not something that you will want to "Pick up and play over and over and over" like the guy said in the unlockable interview.

To get someone to want to play over and over and over, there has to be some sort of way to keep things new and interesting. Alternate methods of getting through the level, do things a different way. This game doesnt allow that.

Its all straightforward stuff, and like mentioned, feels like youre playing a tutorial.

Once again, I agree with you.
This game is more like Splinter Cell, but there's only 1 way to complete your mission.

re: First Impressions

This game is great, but it could be better. Id like it if it was kind of like True Crime: Streets of LA. You have your story mode, but when you're not in story mode you just do stuff around Gotham. Like when in True Crime it would say at the bottom of the screen something you can go do, like a disturbance call or a fight some where you could go do it. Like a thug is stalking a woman and is threatening her you go beat up the guy or something. That'd make it a great game.

I agree! True Crime is a good game when you unlock the cars.
