	Something that helps is tapping your neighbors with your stylus to wave at them. Only do this a few times a day though, if you do it too much they will become angry. -------------------

	The time it will take will vary depending on how nice you are to them. For me it takes about 1-4 weeks But remember, these pictures are rare !

	Actually, I've heard if you talk to them too much, they'll get annoyed. I talk to my animals about 10 times a day, and they gave me their pictures sometimes !
