THE PURPLE HEART EVENT OF FLORA AND MUFFY DOESN'T WORK!!!!

why does the purple heart event of muffy and flora doesn't come out?
I already go to the inner in hotelll looking for flora after I finished the black heart event..but flora never in the hotel..
Muffy so on..at the rainy day of summer I went to the beach at 9-11 am except the Wednesday.. but I never meet her..what should I do???[b][/b]

MUFFY= keep on givin her jewlery from dig site ( she loves wine from karens shop)
and do this every day for a week on the game and THEN GO TO THE BEACH AT 9.00 AND SHE WILL BE THERE

Noo, it works. I did it for Muffy today. I dont know about Flora, but Muffy's works. But well if Muffy doesnt show up on the DOT at 9 or 11, try at like 9:30 or 10 or something.. and btw, my season is spring, and it worked, so it doesnt HAVE to be in summer, or it just may not work in summer??
