Some of the main homebrew apps such as xflash, and all custom firmwares and downgraders write to flash, which can result in a bricked PSP. Is discussion of those things allowed? 	I'm guessing that he means harmful in the intentional sense - malicious software designed to brick your PSP. Bricking during upgrading/downgrading usually occurs through user error. ------------------- + BDK2008 +

	I agree with ph34rme, But I think all members who post links to programs like Xflash or downgraders should always give a warning that a brick is possible(even if not very likely) and a Custom firmware is suggested to have first thanks ot its Recovery menu to stop a brick. Things we can't talk about with homebrew: PSP ISO's - Pirating UMD games is illegal and will not be linked or discussed here. Emulators - Its up to Xpronic about links to emulators, but links to Roms is definetly out of the question along with discussion. Downgraders - They can be posted but not with the decrypted firmware dump. The decrypted firmware dumps contains copyrighted files by Sony and are illegal to re-distribute. But linking to a downgrade where the user must decrypt the firmware them selves is legal since its not being re-distributed. 	30/03/07 update. I've added a new background to the forum, made the deep grey forum style default, and created the PSP Media Guide thread to help newbies to the PSP understand how to transfer movies, music, and photos to their PSP. I plan to include "Setting Up Internet", "RSS Feeds", and "Updating Your PSP" at a later date. -------------------

	Indeed it is, but it kinda of squashes the page for people with smaller screen resolutions. -------------------
