It was renamed God Eater 2.

It is still in development and is supposed to be released this year (in Japan). However, there's no announcement of localization plans and I =doubt that Namco Bandai would release it in North America this late in PSP's life span. I still haven't played the first one, but it does look interesting.

I hope it comes to NA, otherwise i will try to learn sufficient japanese to translate the game, as a side comment is better than monster hunter, since namco fixed many of the complains of MH and beefed up the combat system,plus evading attacks is actually usefull and so is blocking.

I guess that's another reason to be getting that game once released. I really like physical copies. Digital purchases just doesn't feel the same... I really like browsing through the booklet, having the box and well, the UMD disc just look great. I'm a bit of an old school guy either way.

The PS Vita is *bleep*ing crap with any kind of protective case over it, especially the ones that are used on the display models!
The main quaff I have with the game is the joysticks. I feel like such a spoilt brat by complaining about them (because I complained so much when there was only one) but something about them feels quite awkward and they just give off the feeling that they'll break easily! :S

I imagine Sony will eventually come out with a "Slim" version or something along those things. The Vita hardware seems like it has great potential, but there's no games that interest me. Disgaea 3 is coming to the US soon, but it's basically just a port of an existing PS3 game.

Im saving money for a normal psp since i want a psp to put my UMD copy of Growlanser wayfarer of time and since the Vita doesnt have an UMD device i wont buy a Vita anytime soon (Only persona 4 the golden catched my eye apart from that nothing more). Is a shame here in America the psp is almost dead while there are still a good amount of games for the japanese (Conception, Agarest marriage and others cool games).

PSP isn't region locked.

The language wall is the problem, unless some fan translation comes out is almost impossible to play japanese game.

Yeah, and it can be quite a pain to follow a translation guide if the game has a lot of text / dialogue options. Not to mention that an imported Japanese PSP game will easily cost you 2 or 3 times what a North American version would.

Who said anything about importing?


If a game company is making 0 effort to bring it to your county, they don't want your money.

If they don't want your money, they aren't allowed to get pissed if you download it.


Also, downloads can be patched to be English.
