Hi there, i just wanted to clarify a few things regarding the guide below.

Firstly I wanted to know; by following the steps above and creating a Pandora Battery successfully, can I still use the Pandora Battery as a normal battery too, and play my games with it, or will I just have to buy another battery for that?

Secondly, can the Pandora Battery only be used once, or is it possible to use it over and over again to install CFW on/unbrick other PSPs?

And thirdly, can you actually unbrick a PSP?

I don't think you can use it for normal battery use. Although sometimes, depending on how you make it, you designate a button to use it as a pandora, and unless you press that button on boot it's a normal battery. So you may be able to...

I just went through and created new size 1 tags to prevent the first post's headers from shrinking. It took forever, ugh.
And yes, the bug has been reported for a long time. I talked to Redemption (Neoseeker's Admin) about the problem, and it's not going to be fixed. The short story is that it's a bug with HTML code, and varies by browser.

So if I bought a brand new PSP 3000, the only way I will be able to install custom Firmware is to open the battery case up and cut the bottom right connection, or are the PSP 3000's unhackable? Will I have to run that ChickHEN program every time? Is there a chance that the process might fail and ruin my PSP?

Ugh that's a bummer. I guess I'll have to live without it then. Thanks for the info.
