Oh yeah, you can only assume. The homebrew scene has knocked down every roadblock it ever had, from firmware patches to the 2000 and 3000 hardware blocks, all of it. You can only assume the Go will be next, given some time.

You know what's really strange? The headers in my second post keep getting small.
First I used

and it was fine.
Then it all got small so I used

and it was fine.
Now it's all just size two and bold. What is going on?

i just have a quick question. how do you know if your psp slim is V1, v2, or the t833 v3 thing? i wanna install the gen-a but i dont know what my psp is =/ how do i check? in the battery compartment it says psp 2001. does that mean its v1?

There's a few ways. If you already have a Pandora battery, then put it and the Magic Memory Stick in. If nothing happens, then you've got a TA-088v3.
Otherwise, boot up into ChickHEN, like the guide instructs, and run PSPident. It will tell you what model of PSP you have in your hands.
If you need help installing PSPident, feel free to ask! Remember, there's a section on installing homebrew too, and PSPident is universal format.
