	Log in to remove this sponsored message quote The homebrew scene is buzzing wild again as Davee reveals at the MforMature Forums that he's got a new Kernel exploit, working on a new homebrew enabler, and he's looking forward to release it before Tuesday. If this is true, we might be looking at a new HEN for the PSP-3000. So says Davee on his forum post: HEN will be a stripped down enabler lacking many features of M33 custom firmware. It'll allow the bootup of homebrew regardless but may be restrictive to certain applications (in cases where it will not boot at all). However, applications will be released to enhance the HEN such as the loading of M33 custom firmware when I get permission to use the modules. As another note, the conditions of the TIFF exploit as very unstable (as you might have noticed) and flashing of modules to flash0 is improbable and will load off the memorystick. An eboot will be supplied to countervent this and will flash the modules in a more stable enviroment. Release is currently unconfirmed but will be before Tuesday. For now, all eyes are one Davee as he works on the much-desired HEN. Lots of anticipation building up, so you better stay on your toes and keep checking back with us for more news and updates. 	OMG, 3000 HEN? This is great news. The only problem is that they can't downgrade to 1.50 like they used to do with the 1000. So figuring out how to install a CFW might take some time. Anyway, ALL HAIL THE PSP HACKERS. @TheKidd: TIFF exploit is not a CFW, but is something that can be used to load a Homebrew ENabler (HEN). Maybe PSPtube will work on it. -------------------

They are mainly used to keep your high quality photos from loosing any quality, unlike when you make your images .jpgs or some other type of format that compresses them. But you can inject code into TIFFs some how which is how they take advantage. Interesting, I could really find a proper use for something like that. Too bad I'm nothing of a homebrew fanatic. -------------------

	Ohhh thanks StarJet. I think you can use the format for viruses and other crap. I think you can insert PC code as well as any other code. 	No problem, Valo. The running code via TIFF is not something that works on everything. Running this TIFF on a PSP causes a buffer overflow (that's what happened on the previous one, not too sure about this) which in turn allows unsigned code to be executed on the PSP. It can be used to make a virus for the PSP, but I doubt the same would go in case of a PC. -------------------
