Yeah, I was also wondering this. A buddy of mine and I selected Game Sharing at the same time, sitting next to each other, but nothing happened.

I have no idea what it does exactly, but I think that it works with games that support it. I know that burnout legends supports it, but I have never had a chance to use it. I think that it loads a playable chunk of the game for a tiny piece of multiplayer.

Depends on the game. In some games you both need a copy (like GTA VCS), but in some you don't (in Tekken you can fight if only one of you has the game). You need your wireless switch turned on, be in a close range, and it should just work.
I think it's 2 players only.

game sharing are only available if the game itself support it. Games like 3D bomberman support such stuff.

So is there a list of games that can support Game Sharing?

Well not online. You can't play over the internet, but you can free roam, or play certain game modes, with a person who owns the game if they're near you.

Well you can get ANY ADHOC enabled game online using Xlink Kai...So yea GTA:VCS has Online play just like GTA IV (But not as good lol) if you use Xlink Kai.
