this game is brill (kinda hard) but i can only get better more i play lol, it beats just sittin there using ur analog sticks to hit the ball like on tiger woods, graphics i think kinda look the same as tiger woods any 1 else think so? gametrak is a good idea so u kinda take part in the game then just sittin there pressing buttons and movin the analog sticks back n forth. prob cud b better but as time goes on i guess it will get better.

yeah i agree its miles better actually doing something rather than sitting there getting a numb ass. hope they bring out some more games for this. the fighting one is good too but very tiring lol

The gametrak console for the golf game seems to be better made than the one you get with dark wind, after only about 20 goes on the dark wind game the thin cables became bent and would not retrack back into the unit. and so it went back to the shops !!!! But so far the console with the real world golf seem to be running ok ( so far ) the game is well put together and the graphics are quite good.I have found that the driving shot from the tee is very accurate but the chipping on shot is very hard to judge and can be a bit annoying at times. but all in all if your looking for a good golf game to get you out of the chair and take part in a interactive game i would give it 6 out of 10 ..... keep im coming gametraks,,,,,

if they bend or some how snap on me i'm gonna pull it to bits and put some tough fishing line in it lol

HI, im a keen golfer (not quite got a handicap yet) who is about to get a gametrak system with realworld, I was just wondering whether real golf clubs can be used to play??

Im sure I heard read somewhere that you can but I thought I'd ask people who already have the game. Im still buying it anyway Im really looking forward to some extra pratice!!!

Yes, you can use real golf clubs and it works a bit better (ie. harder to lose concentration and swing it like a little baseball bat which tops the ball)

But i wouldnt use them actually, because in order to put back spin on the ball, you will have to chop up the floorboards [in the game, backspin is measured entirely by hitting the ball lower than normal, and nothing to do with opening the face of the club]


Btw, is it just me or does everybody else have a weird swing on the swing trainer... back swing is fine back the final swing through is all crooked? seems to make no difference to the shot tho
