Look for icons on the map to show you where to go.One icon that's hard to see is Cesaer's for the 'Low Rider' race.
It looks a lot like the Tatoo icon so it's easy to overlook.
It's right up the street from your house close to the
airport. And it's needed to continue the game.

Have fun, you've really just begun.

Or if you've done the race, it may be that you need
to take over more territory from rival gangs.
After awhile Sweet's icon will reappear on the map.

You meet Cesaer at the car hopping mission. Then there's an
actual race in the next mission for Cesaer.
You should be taking over territory; it maybe that you need
a certain amount of territory for the race mission to start.
I THINK Cesaer might call you and tell you about this race
or maybe that's another race later.
There's also a mission from Tenpenny the cop about this point in the game. You get it at a donut shop in the Market
area pretty close to a Cluckin Bell. He does call you and
tell you get over there. Have you done that? It's also necessary to continue but I'm hazy on the actual order.

The way I've done it is to take over all the territory,
do side missions like firefighter,vigilante, paramedic,pimp and Home invasion (I can't find passengers for the Taxi?) and just collect money and work on stats, driving and flying. I have a save game called 'Los Sepulcros' where the only mission icon is 'CV' for this race. When I do the race the storyline continues.

You don't need to take over territory at this stage, other than the 'Doberman' mission, although it will make extra money for you. The car-hopping is the 'Cesar Vialpando' mission. Once you've done that, Cesar will ring and set up the road race, the 'High Stakes, Low Rider' mission. You must eventually win that race to get any more missions. It's marked by 'CV' on the map, just north of the airport near a safe house. There are also the cop missions at the doughnut shop, marked by a sort of C with a coloured bar through the gap in the C. ooo...well im on the burglar mission hoping it will make one icon for mission show up....and ive battled that hopping cars many times i've been roaming around and spray painting all the tag i could see xD
