This might make an interesting rumor happen in Seattle-I read earlier today that Mike Holmgren evidently fancies using backup QB Seneca Wallace at WR and punt returner in addition to backup, but he would need to get another QB to think about making that happen. Enter another QB in Frye.

Edit: ESPN is reporting that doctors are now more optimistic about Kevin Everett's condition, namely they now think there's a much better chance that he will walk again. Very encouraging news.

Yeah, I just heard that on the NFL network. Awesome news. They said he has (limited) voluntary control over his arms and legs.

In other news, I always knew the Patriots were durrty. Just heard that the NFL has enough evidence proving that they did indeed have someone spying on the Jets defensive calls. No word as to how long this has been going on.

Well, how do you think they got that good? Steroids and sign stealing. I heard Goddell could suspend Patriots draft picks, but if they did, Belicheck will will "move on" at the end of the season, and will get off clean.

Also, looking at the Jets on NFL Replay, I realized that they have a strong nucleus of young players, especially on defense, and if it were not for Pennington, they would be really good. Why would Pennington want to play on a team where the home team cheers his injuries, and in a system which does not take advantage of his strengths. Jeff Garcia has no stronger of an arm, but the West Coast offense allows him to accel with his accuracy.

You're either a tool or blind if you thought that was offensive pass interference. To make that call, at the end of a game, is bullshit. That ref deserves any grief he gets from the league or fans. The Ravens didn't deserve to win that game, but they deserved the game to be called fair, which it wasn't.

It was just a joke. I don't think that he committed offensive interference, but I can understand the ref calling interference, because he percieved it as interference. There have been calls that have been totally wrong (like Roughing The Passer when the Bengals DE sacked the Bucs QB last year) but this call was understandable, not blatantly wrong.
