It seems that the Jets get a quick goal at the start of the game and then end losing. Really hope they step it up. I know this is only the second game but both my teams are off to a bad start lol.

If it's any consolation, the Jets didn't play a bad game. It was a pretty even one. Jets had some really bad turnovers but if it wasn't for Pavelec, the score would have been out of hand.

This Brunner kid's got some moves.

Can't wait until I get home and I can start watching how the team's playing outside of the highlights. Looks like the D-men are still pitching in and doing a lot of the offensive stuff, which is good and all but from the little I've seen we've been caught out on the back end quite a bit already.

Sabres beating the Leafs made me happy.

Both Jets and Habs won last night. That made me happy. I caught most of the Jets game and enjoyed it. Loved watching Ovi lose.

The Rangers get their first win of the season...

...by giving the Bruins their first loss of the season in Overtime, 4-3.

Bruins were down 2-0 and 3-2, but tied the game both times. The last goal clinched a Hat Trick for Marian Gaborik, who scored both Rangers goals in the first period. Sure, the Bruins were able to gut it out and get out of Madison Square Garden with one point, but I would have preferred them not having that slow start.

Right when he gets that extension. HMMMM.

Jets beat the Penguins 4-2!!!!

Always nice to see Crosby get beaten. He started off with two goals but the Jets came right back to win it.
