Not the best game. *bleep* off with the referee bullshit. The calls were fine. Its like a broken record in here. Turnovers are what hurt the Celtics tonight. That shit happens to everyone. I'm seriously not even upset in the slightest that we lost. It was the home opener for for a team coming off of a championship. I don't think they could have lost that game even if God was against them.

God I love Barbosa already. That dude is gonna be clutch all season.

The defense started out slow last season too. Give it a month or two and it will hit 5th gear just like it did last year.

Nobody can turn the ball over against the Heat. It's over if they get running.

Something I found ironic about the entire night is I saw so many children charities getting pushed in the adverts, yet the championship rings had what, 200+ diamonds in them a piece? Assuming they come from conflict areas.

Dwight Howard fouled out with 19 points on 8-for-12 shooting in 38 minutes. He also had 10 rebounds, but went 3-for-14 on the free throw line and was called for a Flagrant 1.

Not a good start for the Lakers.

Ray should've done that shit before the game even started.

To gel? They weren't even *bleep*ing attempting on defense. It was an embarrassment.

Am I the only one who thought JSullinger was a big dissapointment? Ever since draft night I've thought that Boston should have taken Perry Jones III instead of him or Fab Melo. Barbosa played well but he's not gonna be that hot all season long.

I wouldn't call him a big disappointment over one game, especially since it was his first game against the defending champions of the league, and his position put him directly against LeBron. What else do you expect from a rookie? I was more disappointed in Jeff Green. He didn't produce as well as in the preseason, but hopefully he'll get more comfortable on the court and start to shine soon.

I was impressed with Courtney Lee though. He played very well at the start, and would have been a consistent force and a difference maker if he wasn't up against Dwayne Wade who's notorious for drawing fouls, but that's his game style and it works well for him. Maybe I'm just bitter because he didn't get a lot of time due to foul trouble for my fantasy team.

But I'm more pissed at George Karl and his rotation for the Nugget's opener tonight. Spencer Hawes, the other team's center, is the best player on the court right now, and you're playing small ball? There is no reason, besides injury, why Kenneth Faried and Javale McGee are playing less than 20 minutes in the game. And neither of them were injured.

Faried had 7 rebounds in the first half! And then he didn't play at all in the second. Not to mention he's the most energetic player on the team! Yes, he's on my fantasy team, and yes I'm pissed off like a soccer mom about his minutes.

At least I have Scola and Lee dueling to make up for my rebound count right now. Blake Griffin should help with that also.




BUT I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE HOW DAMIEN LILLARD DOES TONIGHT! I think the Blazers are going to be one of the most fun teams to watch this year, and in just a few more years of rebuilding, they'll be back to playoff form!
