I think this will be a great thread to discuss all things relating to College Basketball throughout the 2012-2013 season: news, results, matchups, upsets, and more! The first games get underway on November 9th with 125 games scheduled, thought I'd get this thread up in advance so it wouldn't slip under the radar. 	It didn't take long for the upsets to begin, although this upset could be considered an upset in name only. At the Armed Forces Classic, which was held in a converted hangar at Rammstein Air Base in Germany, the UConn Huskies win their first game under new coach Kevin Ollie against the 14th ranked Michigan State Spartans. 	Haven't really had time to watch a full game up until the 24 hours of college basketball currently ongoing. Enjoyed highlights and bits of other games, and man am I glad that college basketball is back. Saw pieces of the Butler - Xavier game, mainly to see the former Arkansas guard Rotnei Clark play again. Unfortunately he wasn't hitting at all, but neither was the rest of the team really. Watching the Michigan St. - Kansas matchup right now, but I'm honestly must more excited about the Duke - Kentucky game this evening that I'll try to catch as much of as possible. -------------------

	Duke beat Louisville by five points in a matchup of two of the all-time collegiate coaching greats: Coach K and Rick Pitino. Impressive would be the word I would use, but then again how often does a single team take down three Top 5 teams this early in the season? And two of those games were against another team in the Top 5--that doesn't happen very often at this early point in the season. 	Won't be the year a 16 seed beats a 1 seed, but I'm liking how this year is going to shape up. People's picks for who's going to win the tournament are probably going to be so varied! I think it's good to not have one dominant team (though I usually root for dominant teams, like Kentucky last year). It's fun to watch and follow when it's really anyone's game. ------------------- Check out this forum/game! ♥
