I don't know the details. It may even be different from what it was like last year. But we have NFL Network but when they play Thursday Night games, it is blacked out.

I have the game on NFL Network right now. I don't pay extra for it. Not that I know of anyway.

I don't pay extra either. NFL Network is in all of DirecTV's channel packages, except for their most basic ($29.99 "Entertainment") package. I pay an extra $5 to get NFL Mobile on my phone... worth it since I work until 11, Monday - Friday, so I can watch those MNF and TNF games. We have NFL Sunday Ticket too... I think it's $40/month for 5 months or something like that. >_<

Thats what I've been saying. The dude gets a bad rap for a variety of things but he does have talent. His O-line is shit. He also has a tendency to force throws which gets him in trouble, like it did last night. If he had a solid o-line, he might not be so prone to forcing throws either, knowing that he is safe in the pocket and has the time to actually check down.

While I can't comment too much on what happened last night(don't have NFL Network, and didn't want to go out to watch the game), I don't believe you can totally blame the offensive line. Most of the blame should go to the offensive line coach(Tim Holt), or the OC(Mike Tice). They knew Green Bay was going to blitz, they obviously did a poor job preparing the off. line for blitz pickups, and did not execute enough hot routes or screen passes to make Green Bay think about blitzing less. Obviously the o-line should get some blame, but if you get sacked 7 times in one game, that's just poor execution and preparation by the entire offense. They only had 3 days to prepare for the game, but being division rivals, they are somewhat familiar with what the offenses and defenses do. The DC (Rod Marineeli) appears to have done an excellent job, getting 5 sacks on Rodgers, but the offense should have been more adaptive.

The Forte injury isn't nearly as debilitating to their offense as it was last year because of Bush being there. He's proven he can be a really good starter in this league and they didn't have that legit #2 last year so it hurt them way more.

I'm gonna take a stab at predicting an upset and pick the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to upend the G-men in NY. With Freeman, rookie RB Doug Martin, and free agent acquisitions WR Vincent Jackson and TE Dallas Clark, i believe they are a dark horse to make the playoffs, or possibly challenge Atlanta for the NFC South. New HC Greg Schiano did wonders building Rutgers into a competitive team, and i think his defensive prowess will help to gel a young defense(except Barber, of course). If they can stop the run, and make the Giants one-dimensional, i believe they will leave New Jersey victorious.

Jeff Fisher is a great coach. Never got his due respect at Tennessee. I always thought he was the second best coach in the league to Belichick.

Rams/Skins has formed a little rivalry over the last six years or so. Aside from last year, the games have been fun to watch.

RG3 scares me tho. Dudes special. I'm not basing that off of last week; Saints defense is soft... But he's a rare combination of athletic ability & overall intelligence. He'll be a top 5 QB in a few years, no doubt. Indy picked the wrong guy.

Darren Sproles has five catches for 54 yards on the first drive. I'm loving how Drew Brees dumps it off.
