The Nets can trade Lopez January 15th, which is like a month before the trade deadline. I doubt they'll trade him to Houston or LA. Dwight and Kobe don't like each other, and Kobe likes Bynum alot more than Dwight. Assuming Buss actually listens to Kobe. I don't think Dwight's going anywhere until the deadline. The Tragic aren't getting the offers they want.

was pretty surprised to see steve nash holding up a lakers jersey a day or two ago... wonder how him and kobe are going to like each other... that's about the only news i've heard, haven't been following trades too close lately

The Nets offer seemed real fair to me. At some point, the Magic have stop holding out for something better and realize its as good as its gonna get.

Are you kidding? The Nets tried to get 4 seperate teams to get in the mix in order for them to land Dwight. There was no way that shit was gonna work with all of the fragile elements to that trade option. Orlando is doing the right thing and tbh Brooklyn is also. They've already signed Lopez to a contract anyways and you can garuntee Dwight will not be in a Magic uniform at the start of this season.

The Lakers alongside the Rockets pretty much have the best deal on the table as far for Orlando. Rockets get Bynum, Lakers get Dwight and absorb J Rich's contract and the Magic get a shit load of draft picks which is exactly what they want anyways. I'm not saying I want this to go down though. Dwight being on the Lakers would pretty much propel them into the finals. However I am adamant about them keeping Bynum instead who in my opinion is lightyears ahead offensively and is now becoming a defensive monster too. Plus the kid can hit free throws. *bleep* Dwight. Trade him to the Bobcats this season and when he opts out to go to Brooklyn next year, he'll have to sign with them for even LESS money than he'd normally receive.

Oh yeah, Lakers should definitely keep Bynum. He knows their system and is just getting better and better every year. Lakers have great team right now as is. Dwight has back problems, locker room problems, and overall would be a waste to try to get for the Lakers. I think Bynum is much better both short-term and long-term.

Oh and hey, the Nets actually listened to me! _{^{not really}} But it's good that they have stopped pursuing Dwight and kept their current team. I honestly think they could be one of the top 5 seeds in the East.

Where'd you see that, DragonMaster Dyne? I'd like to read it. Wow, if that trade goes down, it's basically just swapping the entire Houston team for the entire Magic team, LOL!

It would be such an amazing deal for Orlando. We would get Houston's THREE first round picks from this past draft, and they are extremely talented players. Plus an expiring Martin, Parsons who is a damn good young player, and MORE draft picks? Our future would be so bright, especially with unloading the awful contracts stradling the team.

Not sure what Houston would be thinking though, and thats why I'm still not getting overly excited. Want to see the deal actually happen! Dwight would be playing with a bunch of scrubs and then he would walk at the end of the season.

It's so frustrating having a GM that feels like he HAS to get a superstar right now. I could maybe understand going after Dwight if he wanted to play here or had a few more years on his contract, but he's said himself that he doesn't want to play here. Why are we trading away everybody...White and Lamb are young and are most likely going to be great players, Parsons had a great rookie season, and we need our first rounders for when Dwight leaves and basically become a top 5 lottery pick.

Morey should just be fired right now, please do not let this trade go through.
