I was just about to go ahead and post this thread

So, I watched the Marlins first game at their new stadium, and I've got to say, those outfield depths are seemingly huge. Giancarlo (Mike) Stanton tattooed two balls to the outfield, and each hung up for what seemed to be forever until they finally died in the warning track, which would have been 2-3 homeruns in most stadiums.

I was incredibly pleased with the results of the game, too. As much as I dislike both teams (St. Louis was the contender), I'm happy that the Phillies are a half of a game ahead of the Marlins so far

I would also like to see Detroit lose in the ALCS, if thats what you mean by "success".

But what a great ball park man. It's freaking incredible. I know that lots of people are very upset on how we got the ball park all together, but I honestly don't care. It's an amazing ball park in and out. I'm proud to be a Miami Marlin fan.

And hell...I know for a fact that they'll try to pitch the NFL a ball or two to get the Super Bowl in there.

How about that Blue Jays/Indians marathon? So far so good for the Jays revamped bullpen.

Dude, I think a lot of it has to do with him still being a little pissed off that he didn't get a spot in the rotation. I don't blame him. I'd be pissed too. Valentine mismanaged the shit out of that game by the way. He pulled Melancon way too early and put Aceves in a weird spot. Melancon even mentioned it after the game in an interview. Then you have Beckett taking his own limo instead of the team bus. I don't like that at all. And I really believe a lot of it has to do with Valentine. I hated him before and I still dislike him.

I'm going to say what I've been saying to my friends. I give Valentine till August. Seriously. The dude is a *bleep*ing clown.

I don't think people realize how freakin' dangerous Detroit's lineup is.

When your worst hitter is Delmon Young, that's saying something.

I wouldn't dump Aceves.

This is Valentine's fault. He turned a closer into a starter and made the guy who should be a starter into the closer. It makes no sense.
