Basically Ilgauskas and Kandi. O'Neil counts as a center but he isnt as good as wallace.

1 more turnover a game, 2 less blocks a game, 3 less baords a game, and 12 more points. (BTW, wallance is ranked 4th in yahoo fantasy amount centers right now)

Ummm... one question. How much is points worth? In fantasy league its 1/9 of the scoring (public anyways). In the NBA, defense wins a lot of games.

The Mavs win with offense but its NOT like they have no defense. They play a fast pace which is why scoring is high. Pistons play a slower pace game and scoring wont be as high. Defense can win just as many games as offense. As i said before, the lakers arent 3 times defending champion because they are the best scoring team. They win because they play solid defense in the post-season (and no one can stop Shaq). Wallance vs Shaq should be a great defensive matchup.

He is 6'9 (not very tall but when you add the vertical that you stated, it isnt bad) and is 240 pounds. Not Shaq weight but still no lightweight. Also the 3 years he has being a piston (including this one as the 3rd) has has gotten 13 boards or better per game and has played 80+ games the last 3 (not including this one but including the one with the magics). That basically means... he not only is good defensively but he doesnt get hurt... not like *cough*Shaq*cough*.

I thought it was 0 points (0-1 shoting) and 17 boards as well as 2 blocks. That is how he plays. If you expect a double - double from him, you are dreaming. If he gets less then 10 boards a game... something is really really wrong.

Are you sure because i just checked yahoo and it shows 17 in the 3rd with 3 minutes left. Maybe they made a mistake...

Errr... i think Yahoo just went backwards in time!!! They added 10 minutes to the mavs game and took away a ton of points for both teams. Wallace still has 17 boards tho. Oh well guess i'll check another site but im pretty sure Wallace didnt have 19 boards by 1/2 time.

Well since they couldnt get any worst, of course the lakers should improve now that shaq is back. I mean they were 3-10 without him and now 2-2 with him. Basically your questions becomes two small questions... Will the lakers be first overal? No. Will they be in the playoffs? likely.
