	I'll put the early over/under at 15 years. Sprinters like Bolt, Johnson, and Lewis seem to only come around once every couple decades. The Jamaicans could now be to sprint races what the Nigerians, the Kenyans, and the Ethiopians are to the distance races-the standard.
