mma Superior Style

Like to throw this out there, we all know there are different styles used in MMA. However, I'm going to break it down to what is becomes.

-Sprawl-and-Brawl: Stand up fighting
-Clinch Fighting: Grabbing so they can't get away and trying strikes and takedown
-ground and pound: takedown then strike
-submission grappling: self explanatory
-lay-andpray: takedown and just keep down without no ground and pound of submission

Of course I'm making this as simple as possible. I'll expand if wanted.

Myself, I think that ground and pound is the best of them all. Once you have someone down, you have established superiority over the person and begin to brutaly strike them. I've seen tons of matches end this way.

I'd go with Submission maybe in second since I've used such tactics in real life fights to win more then just standing and striking and I see fighters win with this alot as well.

BJJ is the superior style in my opinion, and the Gracies have proven it during the early days of the UFC. Royce was half the size of some of the guys he was fighting, but managed to pull it off because of the superiority of his ground game. Other than BJJ, I'd go with wrestling, but you always need some sort of stand up.

If it was me tbh, I'd go with S & B. I could take em down with my boxing skills.
Meh, If I wasn't the quickest guy, I'd definitely go with sub. as a backup.
