I would add:
-more cutscenes like "just dessert" where you can see what Daniella and Riccardo were doing before stalking you, or just more Dani/Ricc scenes
-more Riccardo under Daniella-stalker part of the game(what was he doing anyway, where was he?
-Fiona should have been able to crawl, I agree
-longer house of truth chapter. It was way to short.
-more comments from Fiona
-more weapons, and more retaliation points
-an additional ending you could trigger at the end of the Daniella-chapter

I would change:
-Illegal in some states costume, it doesen´t fit Fionas personality at all. I would prefer a more "normal" costume
-enemies clothing on hard mode. More different costumes, not just a different color.
-a harder "hard mode", besides of more luminescents and those shrieking babies I would add new treaths or booby-traps not found on normal mode, like the mausoleum guardian could kill you and stuff like that.

- Fiona in that white sheet should be playable throughout the game, notonly the first 5 minutes, it gave her such an ethereal feel.

- More interactivity with the scenarios

- Fiona shouldn´t block when she+´s being chased. It was really irritating, sometimes there was an object RIGHT THERE and she couldn´t grab it because a stalker had just spotted her.

- I agree, the "illegal" costume had nothing to do with Fiona.
