The stairs one is pretty much just a joke ending that you can only get after beating the game once.

Alright...

-If you let Debilitas live, Fiona will escape the mansion with Hewie, but on her way out she runs into Debilitas, who is holding a giant pair of scissors. The two stare at each other, then Debilitas bows. Fiona opens the castle doors and walks away with Hewie. It ends with Debilitas doing garden work and humming.

-If you kill Debilitas, the same ending will happen, just without him, of course. Fiona simply opens the doors and leaves.

-If you don't help Hewie in Chaos Forest, Fiona gets caught by Riccardo, who explains what he wants with her. We then see a scene where Riccardo puts his hand on a sleeping Fiona's face and smiles, then he leaves. Fiona opens her eyes and smiles, then puts her hand on her stomach and rubs it, she's pregnant. It ends with her laughing.

-To get this ending you must beat the game once first, and there will be an extra key in the bathroom stall. Fiona escapes like usual, but Lorenzo tries coming after her in his wheelchair, calling her name. But he ends up falling down the stairs instead.
