question about jobs?!!!!

I'm not a huge fan of geomancers or evokers, so I'd keep her as a black mage, but that's just me. If you had a high level geomancer or evoker I bet they'd be decent, but I never had the patience for them.

I prefer dark knight over dragoon, but again, personal preference. I found dark knights could do more damage, and as long as you have a white mage/devout you can heal them again. Though the 'jump' thing was quite useful with dragoons. If you don't have a dark knight already though, maybe try that for awhile and you can always go back to dragoon if you like that better. If he's not levelled up a lot by the time you get close to a boss, then switch back to monk and complete the required number of battles so he's back to full stats again.

Probably somebody else could give you a better idea, but this place hasn't been particularly active lately, so I thought I'd share my two cents. ^^
