interesting bit of info

it's not really a big deal but i was buying arrows for my red mage, and i found out that he can only equip holy, iron and wooden arrows. not the elemental ones. Hmmm. . . interesting!

bleh. . . i give up on my red mage. he sucks without double cast, like he has in almost all other final fantasies ^o^ and his stats are so low. The only good things was his agility and he absorbed magical damage pretty well.

Just after the fire crystal. . his melee his 100-130 (job level 28, two tyrfings, front row) while my knight and ranger are doing 300+ melee at job level 1! his black magic (which I never get to use since im too busy healing) is about half as powerful as my Jlvl 33 black mage.
Speaking of healing. . . always run out of mp to heal a full dungeon loll. . . spent a lot of money on pots. his cura cant even fully heal a team member either. if i wanted to use pots to heal my team i'd have a thief and a scholar.
There were no upgrade equipment after the second crystal for him, I was excited to get the rune bow or w/e its called in hein castle because it would have been a perfect upgrade but he can't equip it! *faints*
He sorta just lives on the outdated trash my other team members pass down to him.

Final synopsis: better in all ways than the warrior up to the second crystal, but useless after that. I think either use a full team of them or don't use one at all. They are like advanced freelancers, or premature onion knights.
