Hmm alright. One job that I always found mandatory was a Devout simply because they can heal your party. Other jobs that may be good when going up against the Cloud of Darkness, would be one Knight because of high attack and high defense. One Blackbelt because of the boost power. And one Ninja because they'll usually strike first and be able to use the shuriken. The minimum overall level of characters should be around LV 55, while the job levels should be around in the 60's.

I'm not sure where you do get them. I remember just opening chests and having weapons for them. So the best help I can say is explore the dungeons carefully (it's a pain, I know >_<). Only one I remember you can buy is the shuriken, but they are at a hefty prize, but they become worth it.
